PointClick

Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use pointclick.io, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology. This page explains what we do and how to tell us when something doesn't work.

Our commitment

We work to make pointclick.io usable for as many people as possible, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work, not a one-time task.

We build and test our site against WCAG 2.2 AA and fix issues when they’re reported. WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) is the widely used standard for accessible websites, and AA is the level most organizations aim for.

What we do

  • Build with accessibility in mind: clear headings, text alternatives for meaningful images, enough color contrast, and forms with visible labels.
  • Test the site against WCAG 2.2 AA: every page is checked with automated testing (axe-core) at desktop and phone widths, and we check keyboard navigation (a skip link, a visible focus outline and a logical tab order).
  • Fix reported problems and re-check the pages they affect.

Known limitations

Some parts of the site may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA.

Our latest automated test found no WCAG 2.2 AA failures on our pages. Automated tools can’t catch everything, so we also rely on manual checks and on reports from visitors.

  • Older blog posts were moved over from our previous site. Some images in them may have short or missing descriptions; we’re reviewing them post by post.
  • Our homepage animation has no sound and can be paused with the button on the video.

Some features come from other services, such as our booking calendar, checkout and forms. We choose these with accessibility in mind, but we don’t control all of their code. If one of them gets in your way, contact us and we’ll help you another way.

Report a problem

If something on pointclick.io is hard to use, please tell us. Let us know the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use, if any.

If you need information from the site in another format, ask and we’ll work with you to provide it. We aim to reply to accessibility reports within 5 business days.
