Privacy Policy

What we collect when you use pointclick.io, why we collect it, who helps us process it, and how to ask us to see or delete it.

Updated: November 3, 2026

This policy explains what we collect when you visit pointclick.io or use one of its forms, why we collect it, who helps us handle it, and the choices you have. PointClick is a trademark of The Beske Group LLC (“we”, “us”). If your firm becomes a client, our Client Services Agreement also covers the information you share with us for that work.

What we collect

What you send us. Our forms ask for the details needed to answer you:

  • Contact form: your name, email address and message, and optionally your phone number, firm and website.
  • Free AI Visibility Check: your email address, your firm’s website, practice area and city.
  • Partner Program application: your name, email address, company and a short note about who you work with, and optionally your website and phone number.

We also note which page the form was on and when it was sent. If you book a call, the booking form is run by Calendly (see below), and Calendly tells us the details you enter there.

What your browser sends. Like every website, our host receives standard technical information with each page request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for. If you haven’t opted out (see “Your choices”), the analytics tools below also record how you use the site.

How we use it

  • To reply to you, prepare the report or call you asked for, and follow up about it.
  • To send one reminder email if you contact us and haven’t booked a call yet.
  • To understand which pages and sources bring visitors who get in touch, so we can improve the site and our advertising.
  • To keep the site and its forms safe from spam and abuse.

We don’t sell your personal information for money. If you ask us not to contact you again, we won’t.

Tools that help us run the site

  • Cloudflare hosts the site, stores form entries in its database, and runs Turnstile, a spam check on our forms that looks at signals from your browser, usually without asking you to solve a puzzle.
  • SendGrid (Twilio) sends the emails our forms trigger: your confirmation, the reminder and our own alert.
  • Google Workspace runs our email.
  • Calendly runs the booking calendar on our scheduling pages and stores the booking details you enter.
  • Google Analytics measures visits and actions on the site (for example, a form sent, a call booked or a phone number clicked).
  • Microsoft Clarity records how visitors scroll and click, including session replays, so we can see where pages confuse people. Clarity never records what you type into form fields, and it hides numbers and email addresses shown on the page.
  • Meta pixel tells Meta (Facebook and Instagram) which pages you visited and whether you sent a form or booked a call, so we can measure our ads and show them to people who have visited our site. Under California law, this kind of sharing for advertising is called “sharing” personal information.

Each of these companies handles data under its own privacy policy. Google Analytics, Clarity and the Meta pixel use cookies or similar technology.

Your choices

  • Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends either signal, our site doesn’t load Google Analytics, Clarity or the Meta pixel at all. This is also how you opt out of the “sharing” described above.
  • Cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them, though the booking calendar may need Calendly’s cookies.
  • Emails. Every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link, and you can always reply “stop”.
  • See, correct or delete your information. Email hello@pointclick.io and tell us what you need. We’ll confirm who you are by replying to the email address we have on file, and answer within 45 days. We won’t treat you differently for asking.

How long we keep it

We keep form entries and emails for as long as we need them to work with you or follow up, and delete them when you ask, unless we have to keep something for legal, tax or accounting reasons. Analytics tools keep their data under their own retention settings.

Security

We limit who can see form entries, use encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the site, and never ask for passwords or payment card numbers through our forms. No website can promise perfect security, so please don’t send us confidential case details through a form.

Children

Our site is for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use information we already have, we’ll tell you by email or with a notice on the site.
