Small law firm marketing that grows with your practice

Small law firm marketing has to work without a big-firm budget, because you're the lawyer, the office manager and the marketing department. Our small law firm and solo attorney marketing starts with the 12-month on-ramp: the same work as our full program, at a slower pace, starting at $1,000/month.

Same work, different pace

The on-ramp isn’t a cut-down package. It’s the same program our larger clients get, delivered at a pace that fits a smaller budget, and it grows into the full PointClick Client System over 12 months.

On-ramp stepMonthly price
Starting out$1,000/month
Step 2$1,500/month
Step 3$2,000/month
Full program$2,500/month

The price steps up every 3 months.

As the monthly price rises, so does the pace: more content, more link building, more of everything that moves your rankings. By the end of the year you’re on the full program, at the price where the Client System starts.

What does marketing cost for a small law firm?

With PointClick, a solo or small firm starts on the 12-month on-ramp at $1,000/month. The price rises to $1,500, $2,000 and then $2,500/month over 12 months, when you reach the full Client System. There’s no setup fee and no long-term contract, and ad spend, if you run ads, is separate. See every price on our pricing page.

On-ramp or full program?

Both are the same program. The difference is speed, and what’s included on day one.

You can move from the on-ramp to the full program at any time if you want to speed up.

What you get from month one

Small firms don’t need a smaller version of marketing. They need the right things done first. From the first month, the on-ramp covers the basics that bring in calls:

  • Your Google Business Profile, done right

Categories, services, photos, hours and posts set up so you can show up in Google Maps when people search “lawyer near me”. More on local SEO and Google Business Profile.

  • Reviews from day one

A simple way to ask every client for a Google review, so you’re not starting from zero against firms that have been collecting them for years. See reviews and reputation.

  • SEO and content

Pages for the cases you want, starting with the ones most likely to bring in work in your area.

  • AI search visibility

The information ChatGPT, Google’s AI Overviews and Perplexity read about your firm, set up correctly from the start.

  • Tracking

Tracked calls and forms, so you know which marketing brings in clients.

  • A monthly report and a call

What we did, what moved, and what we’re doing next.

Our founder sets your strategy and stays your point of contact. Our team does the hands-on work, and he checks it before you ever see it. That doesn’t change because you’re a smaller firm.

Your website during the on-ramp

Your custom website is built when you reach the full program. You don’t go without one in the meantime.

If you already have a site, we improve it: speed, mobile, calls to action, contact forms and the pages that matter most. If you don’t, we set you up with a professionally designed, ready-to-launch site so you can open with something that looks the part. When you reach the full program, we design and build your custom law firm website, with no upfront fee.

Opening a new firm? Get the basics right the first time

Starting a firm is the easiest moment to set up your marketing, because there’s nothing to undo. A few decisions made in the first weeks are hard to fix later.

  1. Your address

Google has strict rules on which addresses can appear in Maps. A virtual office or shared suite may not qualify, and a home office has its own rules. Talk to us before you sign anything.

  2. Your firm name

Pick a name and use it exactly the same way everywhere: website, Google Business Profile, bar listing, directories, social profiles.

  3. Your phone number

Choose one main number and keep it. We add tracking on top without changing what clients see on your listings.

  4. Your domain and accounts

Register them in your own name. With us, your domain, Google Business Profile, accounts and the content we publish are yours.

  5. Your first reviews

Ask early clients from day one. The firms ahead of you in Maps usually have years of reviews.

Is the on-ramp right for your firm?

It’s a good fit if

  • You’re solo, a small firm, or opening your own practice.
  • You want the full program eventually, but $2,500/month is too much right now.
  • You’d rather build steadily than wait until you can afford everything at once.

It’s probably not for you if

  • You’re in a very competitive market, like personal injury in a big city, and need full pace from day one. The full Client System fits better.
  • You only want one project, like a Google Business Profile rebuild. See every way to get started, including one-off projects and the $497 90-Day Growth Roadmap.

There’s no setup fee. Our founder personally onboards every new firm, so we take on a limited number each month.

Questions firms ask

What is the 12-month on-ramp?

It's the PointClick Client System at a slower pace. You start at $1,000/month, rising to $1,500, $2,000 and then $2,500/month over 12 months. You get the same kinds of work as the full program from month one (Google Business Profile, SEO, reviews, tracking and reporting), just less of it each month until you reach full pace.

Do I get a new website on the on-ramp?

Your custom website is built when you reach the full program. Until then, we improve the site you have, or set you up with a professionally designed, ready-to-launch site if you don't have one yet. That way you're not waiting a year for a website that works.

Can I move to the full program sooner?

Yes. If business picks up or you want to grow faster, you can move to the full Client System at any time. Many firms find the on-ramp's steady build suits them, but you're never stuck at a slower pace than you want.

I'm opening my firm in a few months. Is it too early to start?

No, a few months before opening is a good time. We can get your Google Business Profile, listings, website and phone tracking right from day one, so you're not fixing them later. Your office address matters for Google Maps, so talk to us before you sign a lease or a virtual office agreement.

Is the on-ramp a 12-month contract?

No. It's month-to-month, like the Client System, and you can move to the full pace any time. There's no setup fee, and the lower starting price keeps your risk small. (The 30-day money-back guarantee covers the full Client System, not the on-ramp.) Your domain, Google Business Profile, accounts and the content we publish are yours, and we'll walk you through the price at each step before it changes.
